QMS Software has recently signed a number of contracts for its Ulysses CRM Suite totalling over 450,000 euro in four Countries. As part of international sales and marketing efforts during 2006 and the release Ulysses 6.0i, these contracts add to earlier sales in these regions. These include Service Management, Sales & Marketing, Complaint Management and Facilities Management. Oasis Alignment Inc. based in New Hampshire, USA with regional offices across the USA and Canada. They use Ulysses for all Sales and Marketing activities as well as Customer Service and project scheduling. Delice de France, part of the IAWS Group plc, is located in the UK near Birmingham. Ulysses is used in its Customer Care role for handling customer complaints. The Department of Community Safety and Liaison in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa has the strategic goal of promoting democratic accountability and transparency in the Police Services. They also address service delivery complaints against the police to support the raising of service standards. They use Ulysses to record complaints, collect evidence and respond with investigations and recommendations across Natal Province.
